Practice and professional life
Elser Chamalé is an associate of LEGALSA, where he works in the Real Estate practice. His professional practice is focused on real estate titles and transactions, including real property purchase and lease contracts, incorporation of holding companies, plot dismemberments and unifications, horizontal property regimes, and non-contentious judicial filings. Elser also has experience in registral, corporate and immigration issues. He is a graduate of Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala, from where he holds postgraduate certifications in Real Estate, and Corporate Law.
